No — we provide non-medical companion and home support services only. Our caregivers do not perform clinical or hands-on personal tasks. We focus on companionship, light housekeeping, meal support, errands, respite, and overnight companionship.
Matching is one of our strengths. During the initial consultation, we learn about your loved one's personality, preferences, interests, and daily routines. We then carefully select a caregiver whose skills, experience, and personality best complement theirs. We also encourage a meet-and-greet session so you can see if the fit feels right — and we're happy to make adjustments until it does.
Our minimum is typically 4 hours per visit for companion and housekeeping services, which allows enough time for meaningful interaction and assistance with daily tasks. For respite care, we offer shorter visits starting at 2 hours. Overnight and 24-hour packages are customized to your needs. There are no long-term commitments — you can adjust or cancel with advance notice.
Absolutely. Every Enorme caregiver passes a comprehensive background check including criminal history, reference verification, and identity confirmation. We are fully licensed and insured, and our caregivers receive ongoing training and performance evaluations to maintain the highest standards of care and safety.
Coverage varies by policy. While traditional health insurance and Medicare generally do not cover non-medical companion care, many long-term care insurance policies, VA benefits, and Medicaid waiver programs may offer reimbursement.
